Hi Rasmus is a clinical platform for ABA: data collection, session notes, treatment planning, a program library and staff training. It integrates with practice-management systems for the rest, syncing appointments, finalized notes and signatures to them. Lumenality is an ABA-only EHR with published flat-rate pricing and a dedicated deployment for every practice.   • You want the Hi Fives curriculum itself. Hi Rasmus says that collection alone has over 600 programs and 2,300+ learning targets.
  • You want RBT training in the same app. Hi Rasmus offers a 40-hour online RBT training course.
  • You run sessions for several learners at once. Hi Rasmus says its browser version supports that.

Where Lumenality wins

  • One system, not two. Scheduling, notes, data, authorizations, billing and claims share one record, so the session note becomes the claim line without a sync between systems. Hi Rasmus describes no billing or claims of its own.

If the connection drops mid-session, what’s entered is kept encrypted on the device and sent when the connection returns.

Switching from Hi Rasmus

Can you import my data from my current EHR?

In most cases, yes. After we review samples of what your current system can export, we'll tell you exactly what we can bring over — typically client demographics, active authorizations, schedules, clinical history, and billing records. Some sources export cleanly and migration is straightforward; others are messier and a portion of the data needs to be re-keyed or hand-mapped. Either way you'll know the scope and the trade-offs before onboarding starts, not after.

How long does it take to switch?

Most practices go live in about 2 to 6 weeks. That covers the signed agreement and BAA (1 to 3 weeks), a data-migration assessment (up to 2 weeks), and 3 to 5 days of staff training. Go-live itself takes one day.

Is there a trial?

Not a self-serve one, because every practice runs on its own dedicated deployment. Instead, we walk you through the full platform in a live demo before you sign anything. On the call you see a session note become a claim, how authorizations and denials are tracked, and the rate for your provider count.

What happens if I want to leave?

Your data is yours. We provide full data exports — clinical records, billing, and operational data — in standard CSV format on request at any time, not just at exit. If you do choose to leave, the same exports are provided with 30 days notice. No exit fees, no data hostage situations.
