After years inside healthcare organizations and more than a decade working alongside providers, we kept seeing the same pattern: practices duct-taping together three, four, even five separate systems for scheduling, clinical notes, billing, data collection, and compliance. Every integration broke. Every workaround cost hours. Clinicians spent more time fighting software than treating clients.
Lumenality Is Founded
Lumenality was founded in Nevada and built from scratch — not as another EHR bolted onto a billing platform, but as a single, unified system designed from the ground up for ABA therapy: scheduling, clinical documentation, real-time mobile data collection, electronic claims, FHIR R4 interoperability, a guardian portal, supervision compliance tracking, and a full revenue cycle management suite.

What Our Name Means
Two words, joined on purpose.
Liminality
The threshold. The in-between. Care rarely happens at a tidy beginning or a tidy end — it happens in the middle of things, while the outcome is still unwritten.
Lumen
To illuminate. The unit of light itself — what a clinician brings to a moment nobody can yet see clearly.
Lumenality is what happens when you put them together: giving providers the means to bring light to whatever they — and the people in their care — are in the middle of. That idea is drawn in the logo. The mark is called Threshold: a horizon line with a half-disc sun rising through it. Not risen. Not set. Crossing.
Meet Sol
Sol is the sun in our mark, and the friendliest way we know to say what the name means. Sol is the light on the threshold — the part of Lumenality that shows up in the middle of the day you are actually having.
You will meet Sol around the product: on an empty state before your first client, in the corner of a screen while something loads, alongside a nudge when a note has been waiting too long. Sol never gets in the way of care — the job is to make the software feel like it is on your side.
